    Prior to launching Vanguard Search Partners in 2024, Kate worked as a Senior Legal Recruiter at a boutique legal search firm with a national presence. She has successfully placed attorneys of all levels in various practice areas across the United States. Kate has gained the trust and respect of hiring managers and partners from AmLaw 100 firms, large corporations and boutique firms through her personalized and tailored approach.

    Kate obtained her BS in Business Management and Legal Studies from Endicott College in Beverly, MA. She is an avid equestrian and indoor cyclist. When she isn’t working on her next placement, you can find her enjoying the outdoors with her husband and their dog, Miller!
